Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

United States: 4–9 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $70.

For orders under $79, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Elara Quinn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Elara Quinn is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and email us at contact@elaraquinn.com

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution.
