RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Free Returns

We offer free returns within the 30-day return period. Customers will not be charged return shipping fees for eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This right does not affect the 30-day return policy described above.
